Abstract
The lack of innovation in the utilization of milkfish in Pangkajene and Islands Regency encourages the need for diversification of processed products, such as fish spring rolls to reduce stunting rates in Pangkejene and Islands Regency (Pangkep). The purpose of this community service, among others, is to make diversified processed fish that is delicious and highly nutritious so that it can help reduce stunting cases in Pangkep Regency. The results of the implementation of this community service activity are expected to benefit the people of Pangkep Regency, especially for pregnant women, infants and toddlers. And can help increase family income through productive economic businesses. The main target of this community service is the community, especially PKK and majelis taklim women, pregnant and lactating mothers, teenagers and other productive age people in Bowong Cindea Village, Bungoro District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Diversification of fish spring roll-based fishery products with local fish raw materials offers nutritional advantages, practicality, and ease of consumption. This Community Service activity is expected to increase knowledge and skills in processing fishery products, support the increase in fish protein consumption in the community, and encourage the formation of business groups that can improve the community's economy and of course can help reduce the stunting rate in Pangkep Regency.
